Eligibility
Contest is open only to Stormchasers Network Members that are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older. This promotion is open to amateurs only. Professional photographers, videographers and/or industry professionals are not eligible. This Promotion is void where prohibited. Registration to be a Stormchasers Network Member is free. To register go to www.stormchasersnetwork.com (the "Web site") and follow the registration instructions. Employees, officers, and directors (and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members (whether or not related) of Federal Cartridge Company ("Sponsor"), subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, dealers, and wholesalers, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies are ineligible. By participating, entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or its independent judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
Contest Description
Black Cloud Stormchasers Network Contest ("Contest") is a skill Contest in which entrants 21 years of age or older submit either a photo or video into Web site's contest page based on the required topic for the contest period. See below for a description of the six contest topics and participation period ("Topic/Period").
Prize Details/Odds of Winning
Five (5) Grand Prizes (one per each Topic/Period): The six entrants with the highest judge score (described below) from each contest Topic/Period will be awarded a case of Black Cloud Ammunition. ARV of Grand Prize is $225.00 each. The approximate total value of all prizes to be awarded is $1,125.00. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that entry period. Prize cannot be substituted for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of greater or equal value in event prize or portion of prize is unavailable for any reason. All taxes on prizes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Prize will be shipped to the nearest Federal Firearms Licensee for pick-up by the winners.

To Enter
Contests begin at 9:00:01 AM Central Time ("CT") 07/29/10 through 11:59:59 PM CT 01/18/11 ("Contest Period"). Log on to the Web site, click on the Contest icon, banner or text link to access the Contest Registration page, and completely and accurately follow the directions to enter the Contest. Each entrant must complete the entire submission of an original photo or video that pertains to the contest Topic/Period you are entering. Limit of one entry per person, household and email address for each contest Topic/Period. Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor's computer (the official Contest time keeping device) by 11:59:59 PM CT on the end date for that contest period. All robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entries, or third party entries will be disqualified. Any attempt to enter the Contest more than one time per Topic/Period by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other prohibited methods will disqualify that entrant from participating in the Contest.
All entry information submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Once a Photo or Video is submitted, it cannot be changed, altered, or modified. Correspondence and inquiries concerning the Contest will not be accepted, acknowledged, or returned. Photos and Videos must be the original and sole creation of the entrant, and all rights, title and interest in the photo or video must be owned solely by the entrant and may not have been submitted in any other competition; may not have been published; and must not infringe upon any third party's rights, including but not limited to, copyright, patent or trademarks/trade names/logos, or rights of privacy or publicity. Photos/video should not include any identifiable persons without permission. Each entrant warrants and represents that his or her photo or video complies with all of the preceding conditions. Entries may not be submitted on entrants' behalf by third-parties. Entries may not be defamatory. Any entry, in the sole opinion of the judges and/or Sponsor, found to contain dangerous, harmful, illegal, obscene or objectionable content, or deemed to be inappropriate for publication, will be disqualified and removed. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any posting in violation of these Rules or the Site's Terms and Conditions of Access and Use. Any additional materials submitted to Sponsor will not be included in the judging process, nor will they affect, in any way, the outcome of the Contest. Winners will be selected based solely on the listed criteria. In the event of a dispute, all entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an e-mail account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for the assigning of e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account. No forms of entry other than as stated in these Official Rules will be accepted.

Public Vote
All eligible weekly entries posted will be available on-line for public rating on www.stormchasersnetwork.com. The Public will be able to rate entries on a scale of 1 – 5. The top five (5) that receive the highest ratings scores will be considered semi-finalists, subject to an eligibility determination by Sponsor, and will become eligible for the Final Judging competition. There is a limit of one rating per entry by the public viewers.
Judging
Beginning the day after each contest public voting end date, the Contest finalists will be selected from the pool of eligible entries received from qualified entrants by Sponsor and/or independent judges. Decisions on all matters related to this Contest will be made by the judges and/or Sponsor and are final and binding. Judging the winning entries will be based on the following criteria: 1) Content of submission as it relates to the Contest photo or video topic (50 points), 2) Creativity of photo or video (25 points) and 3) Uniqueness (25 points). Finalists will be anonymously reviewed by independent judges, who will evaluate the Finalist entries using the judging criteria. The entrant whose entry received the highest combined cumulative scores from the independent judges for each Topic will be declared the potential Grand Prize Winner, respectively. In the event of a tie, the entrant whose submission has the highest score for the Content of submission as it relates to the Contest photo or video topic shall win the tiebreaker. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential Prize Winners by e-mail to the address provided by entrant during submission.
Claiming Prize/Release
As a condition of winning and qualifying for the prize, the potential Prize Winners will be required to provide proof of age and identity, and must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) for himself/herself as well as any person(s) appearing in photo/video of entry where lawful within 14 days of receipt of prize notification. If the documents are not returned in a timely manner, or if any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or declines the prize or otherwise is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from the remaining pool of Finalist entries with the next highest score from the Finalist judge. Winner may not transfer, assign, or substitute prize.

General Terms and Conditions
By entering, Winners agree to grant (and agrees to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request except where prohibited by law) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor's authority the right to the use his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information at any time or times, in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web and Internet, without review, notification, approval or additional compensation. In addition, Winners shall permit Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to its authority, to reproduce Winner's Photo or Video or any portions thereof, which may be altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone, together or with other works, and/or in distorted form, as solely determined by Sponsor. Each entrant certifies that he/she has the right, and does thereby authorize Sponsor, to publish the entry (or portions thereof) as edited or selected at Sponsor's discretion, in print, audio, video, Internet, or other media and to use the ideas encompassed in the entry in perpetuity, without compensation, to entrant. Entrant further certifies that the entry is his/her individual work, that he/she has obtained permission from any person whose name or likeness is used in the entry, the entry has not been published or submitted to any other competition, and publication of the entry will not infringe on the rights of any third party. Winners agree to assign all rights to winning entries, including photo and video, to Sponsor.
By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal and/or state courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damage, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
